I usually AFK on my private island to get a tan. I don't have a bench, but I spent a lot of medals getting a ton of hibiscus starts to make a large circular design to relax in. It's a pity you can't put a bench on the island, I would totally do that. Oooh, or a hammock.

I usually afk when just standing around LOL my animals must find it weird and suspicious that my mayor randomly stands still halfway through the day and for a long time too. It's because i'm either commenting on the forums, or looking at paths at the same time. I'm really bad at multitasking, so when I do something I have to drop everything to just do one thing. Life is hard. I don't really get much done I guess, because i'm mostly commenting on here or reading threads and such.

they're probably like *whispers quietly to themselves* "damn mayor, back at it again with the random standing around." and thank you! I try cx my mayor must be bewildered half the time, since I always stop and start playing. LOL.

I love that about animal crossing, its such an easy going game where you can do things like that.. <3 also its cool in the summer when you get a tan from just being idle in the sun

yeah i dont leave the 3ds on unless its in sleep mode. closest i get to afk with it on is when somebody is texting me through the best friend feature, i cannot play and text, too clutzy.
