definitely. i dont go jogging unless im with friends just to keep myself safe, so i dont run as much as i should, but i do a set of work outs twice a day; once in the morning, again in the evening. takes me half an hour to one hour per work out. i hate the process of it, but its always a rewarding feeling
i like how i feel afterwards, but not necessarily the process itself lmao. for that reason i find it hard to motivate myself to continuously do any particular workout.
I don't exercise nearly as much as I'd like to, but it makes me feel so accomplished, gives me sort of an adrenaline rush, and then that kind of soreness in the muscles afterwards is actually really relaxing. So yes.
