Do you dress (in-game) for the season?

Yes, it just feels right that way dressing up appropriately for the season. And in general, I try dressing up how I would dress up irl.

Not to be poky or anything- what do you wear in real life? That's kinda cool how you do that in game.

I always made sure that what my character wears fits to the current season. Like it would feel wrong for me to see my character wearing a shirt in winter for example, as I would always think in that moment that my character's freezing just because I'm so mean and not letting him/her wearing something warmer, lol.

I try to, but most of the time my mayor ends up wearing the same thing for months on end. Btw did you know that if you wear the doctor's mask a lot your villagers may ask if you're still sick?

I try to make an effort to. I have some outfits I rotate around to be in season, none of them are clearly for one but rather just more suited to certain seasons.

I do! It just bothers me to see my character in bad weather wearing a t-shirt and shorts. I get really cold myself so I just can't watch my character go around under-dressed

I try to change up my mayors looks but sometimes I get stuck wearing one outfit. There are so many cute QR code outfits that I don’t want to change one!

Yes, that bothers me too because I'm very sensitive to cold. I can let my character wear long sleeves in the summer, but I can't let them be cold in the winter. Most of the signature outfits I select for my characters to wear year-round are long-sleeved because of this.

Definitely, lol. It feels weird popping out of town with my character wearing shorts and a tank.

I would also decorate my house for each holiday for a few years, too. Can't wait to spend time not only doing that in New Horizons, but decorating the whole town itself for each holiday too.

i don't like to have the restraints of something like seasons to tell me how i can and cannot dress

but in all seriousness, no i don't...... i just like my shorts too much, but it does both me when my villager pops out and starts shivering

Early on I wore the lucky item of the day.

Now the main town mayor has warm and cold weather clothing.
Spring/Summer-Dry denim skirt, Cinnamoroll Shoes, custom tank or tee
Fall/Winter- Pompompurin Dress/Shoes, leggings and celebration hat.

Island-Left a pair of shorts, tee shirt and flip flops for players to change into when they arrive.

Definitely, I do! I change into my raincoat, rain boots and an umbrella when it rains for example. And now I am wearing the fluffy dress with tights and ugg boots. And a nice cozy warm My Melody hat to keep me extra warm!
I love doing this, makes the game all the more fun
