Do you create your own custom patterns or mainly use ones you find online?

For me I mainly use ones I find online since so many people create great stuff but I have 1 or 2 designs I made on my own.

I have a bunch of pixel art i made using cross stitch patterns. I have different color chocobos, kefka, locke, general leo, mog, and different color junimos.

I did use the hopscotch pattern someone else made.

I use other people's designs for my clothes, but I make my own non-pro custom designs. I wouldn't say i'm very good at it though

I use a mix of my own patterns and ones I found online! I have a fossil stall, glass pane over water pattern (for my glass bottom bridge), diamond stone pattern, three-piece decking pattern, craft area sign, house sign, and my island flag that I created. The rest I downloaded. I create the simple patterns that I can myself. I love messing around with the editor!!

All of my designs are from other people from my paths to my flag, someone else made it. I just don't have that creative capabilities. My flag I at least commissioned though. I tried to draw a carrot myself and it was terrible looking lmao

I made my own flag because I like having a personal touch, but I got all of my path designs from the internet. I just can't do those nearly as well. I did make a little sand heart drawing with my boyfriends initial in it though, that one was pretty easy :3 I may make my own designs in the future (especially if the creator of the path I use decides to upload something else over it), but for now I'm not ready to put in the effort to do it all on my own

Originally I wanted to get some path designs from the internet, but I wasn't able to find something similar to what I wanted(because I'm terrible at searching haha), so I created my own. They're not ideal, but I enjoy them more, than the ones I could've just downloaded.

Pretty much same as you- I have a couple I've made, but mostly I use online stuff. Generally the stuff I make is stuff I couldn't find online (like I have a basic "keep out" sign I made for Dobie's lawn)

I've been meaning to make some pro designs, though. I got better at making them in ACNL and I had a lot of fun doing it, but I haven't gotten around to doing it in ACNH. I read that there's potentially gonna be a stylus for the Switch which I'd LOVE to get to use for them

I have only made clothing patterns. I try making a non clothing patterns and it was very difficult.

But besides that I generally make my own patterns for stuff. I made my town flag, I made the letters by the airport exit that say "Welcome to Floaroma" and I've made a few other designs base on designs I made in past AC games

I make mostly clothing. I don’t think I currently have any downloaded patterns. I usually look at other people’s patterns for inspiration and then make my own. Like my coffee stall pattern. The only coffee patterns people had were either generic or Starbucks. So I made my own Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf logo. I’m most proud of these 2 patterns I’ve made

I created my flag, and a welcome to the totoro forest sign at the enterance of my town! I plan on trying to create more signs when necessary, but other than that, I've been using some amazing creators' paths and other things from online!
