Celebrate all of their birthdays. There’s only one villager who I don’t feel attached to (Hazel) but it’s a small effort to give them a gift on their birthday so it’s fine.

I mean, there are only so many of them, and there's a Nook Miles achievement for them... so, yah, I do them all. Plus, I genuinely enjoy buying them perfect gifts and seeing their reactions ☺ If there was one every week or something I'd probably get bored and lose interest. But they're pretty rare, so I'm definitely gonna keep doing them whenever I get the chance!

I celebrate them when I remember to. There's been quite a few villagers that have had birthdays in my town (I've had a lot of villagers come and go).

Sometimes I do but I’ve been playing on and off so I’ve missed a lot of birthday. My mum however always makes an effect to give them a thoughtful present

I always celebrate my villagers birthdays, though I'll admit, I forget sometimes. I completely missed Rocco's birthday and I feel so bad about it ;;

I always celebrate my villagers' birthdays, unless I can't play the game at the time of their celebration.
As for the presents, I generally buy one if I'm going to the little party they organize at their house. If I really like one villager, I usually buy his or her present a few days before their birthday. On the other hand, if I don't particularly like one villager, or if I simply lack any birthday present idea, I tend to grab something from my storage or to buy something new just before going to their party. When I don't attend their parties, I never buy them anything.

I’ve only had one birthday on my island so far as most of my villagers are later in the year or way early in the year I will celebrate all birthdays on my island even if I don’t like the villager bc it’s still their special day and they deserve some love o:

I haven't had any birthdays yet somehow as all of my animals birthdays are either early or late on so the next few months will be busy with them. I am planning on celebrating all of them though.
