Do you care about who your starting villagers are?

I care to somewhat, I just cant start a town with some villagers I hate such as Tank, Sterling.

Yes. I don't collect dreamies, so I take what I can get from the game itself.

I also like to have at least some starting villagers that I like. I do replace the ones I don't like though. The amiibo cards are nice. I never had tons of extra money and didn't care for buying dreamies.

Yeah sort of. I need at least one or two who I actually like in order to stick with the map. idk I just don't want to play a map where I don't like any of my villagers right off the bat, it makes it boring for me.

I care a little, only if I get a dreamie first thing than I got to worry about where their house is placed

I would only care if I see a dreamie at the start.... since I do not want that. I like not having a dreamie since then it’s easier to plot Set than if they were just there sitting anywhere at the start and then having to deal with the 16 Villager cycle.

No not usually, but I would care if I started right off the bat with one of my dreamies. It'd be annoying though if they were in a really bad place :c

Not at all. I want my dreamies in the end but in the mean time I enjoy getting to know random starters and a bunch of random move ins before I slowly start planning and replacing them one by one over months (I don't TT or use amiibo).

Nah, I know the odds are pretty small that I'll get villagers I want in my starting batch. Idc if villagers I really hate are my starters either cuz they're just gonna get moved out anyway.

I seem to always get the same villagers. Every Animal Crossing game I've played, I've started with Vlad. While I like him, I hate his house, so I'm never excited to see him haha. I don't use amiibo to get the villagers I like, I just like to see who will randomly move in. I was really excited when I reset my town because Sprinkle was a starter and I think she's adorable.

I used to care, back in WW, but now with amiibo cards, you can get who you want, and replace those you don't. ^_^

Nope. My starting villagers always move out on me and usually the starters are never my dreamies so I don't care but if I got lucky enough to get a dream villager as a starter it would all depend on where their house placement was.

I care more about house placements. I don't really care who lives where, as long as it isn't in a place where I plan on putting down a house or PWP.
