Do you care about who your starting villagers are?

i don't mind- i'm also not picky about the map at all (i always choose one of the first four maps i see)- i don't think there's much that discourages me from feeling like i can make this new town beautiful

To a certain extent, simply because I want starting villagers that I won't mind talking to until they leave.

I honestly had zero expectations. I had only played the Pocket Camp prior to starting ACNL, so I didn't even know you have villagers living in your town. From Pocket Camp, I had hopes that I would see some of the characters (e.g. Vesta, Goldie, etc.). If I were to start over, I don't think I would be picky about who lives in my town. I sort of wish I didn't have favorites move in so quickly; it would have been interesting to see who else would've moved in in their place and how long they'd want to stay.

it's actually kinda inconvenient, i actually get my dreamies when i'm happy with my town which takes a while. i time travel a lot and stuff

Not really. I'll only reset again if I get a villager I really don't like or I think is hideous. Yeah yeah there's amiibo cards, but I can't force them out until I get 10 villagers so I don't want to wait for that :/ other than that idk who I get

nah i don't care now that i have amiibo cards. static is one of my starters and also a dreamy, his house is in an unfortunate place but now that i have cards it's no big deal to move him out and back again.

Nope, if I didn't have btb or cards, I might, but I'd probably not care then either.

Since i'm starting the town, not really. I know there will be a point when i get rid of them to get the ones what i want.
