do you believe in ROMS?

hello and thank you for reading this topic,anyway lets get to the chat. Well i wanna know if you think its right to have ROMS on our computers like harvest moon or animal crossing,but do people use em?

for example:my opinion is that i love ROMS for a special reason. IT SAVES MONEY! XD.i use ROM emulators like VisualBoy and DeSmuMe because it saves money. anyway,i just want your opinion about it and if i should delete them..

I use zsnes9x to emulate snes games.
Really, i'm just using them to make SMW hacks. (and play them)
So yes, I think roms are good.

I don't think the internet police are going to go through all the trouble of finding weather or not I have roms, go to my house to see if I own them, and then arrest me just because I had fun playing a game. It's not like i'm distributing them, anyway. I'm just giving away the IPS patches.

Even If they catch you or not, It's still illegal.
So don't try and make it seem alright to play roms.

Only for taking DS Games places, I'll put all the games I already own on an R4, I also use them for hacking Wild World (I don't play it anymore but when I did I hacked my town).

I don't usually download Roms of games I don't already own unless I just want to "Try before I buy". I prefer to play games that I've bought or it doesn't feel the same.

Anyway, it is against the rules to be discussing Roms.
