I personally find the swimming thing very tedious after awhile and after searching for that scallop i kinda got lazy
So.. it cost only 100 nook miles and u can basically teleport to the shop to sell all the diving creatures,

I just did it! I have been too busy to play acnh for about a month so I hadn't gone diving for the first time on the game until today. I found it incredibly tedious and called emergency services. Don't want to do this too much in future but the temptation is real.

I do, haha. I'm too lazy to swim back, especially if I'm in the northern part of the ocean. 100 miles isn't too much for me to spend, since I can easily get them back by doing any Nook Miles+ thingy.

Nope, I swim because the beach is never far away (I do my hunting to the south of the island near the net, I believe it helps Pascal show up). It's a small amount of effort! I have well over 250k nook miles (don't remember the current amount) and I sure didn't get that far by spending them on the rescue service. They are mine. Mine, I say!! One day I'll be a mileionairre.

edit: actually i realized i only do it when my pockets are full and i have to sell them & haven’t found a scallop yet. it’s dirt cheap when i have like 250k miles. but when i find the scallop sometimes i save & quit and try for my next character lmao. so it’s almost the same.

I don't. The time it takes to initiate the call and get to the end result, I could have made it to shore already
