Do villigers want to move in visitaror's island without your consent?

Someone visited my island earlier today and after they left one villigers said how they wanted to visit their island. He is the only one who said this.
This is the first time someone visited my island and I dont know how everything works yet. I'm sorry if I asked a dumb question.

Yes, but the dialogue is no different than if you said you wanted to visit Disneyland or something. It has no real meaning other than to imply there was a visitor that talked to them. It's for fun.

No, they cant move out without your consent so dont worry. When i visit my brother some of his villagers say the same thing after i leave.
