Do people an extra space saved for their island in case Brewster is added?

I have space. I haven’t necessary saved the space...I just have it since I haven’t finished landscaping my island.

Unlike a lot of people, I actually want a separate building for Brewster. My island is really underdeveloped and could really use some more buildings. The cafe would take up a lot of my empty land, and that would be helpful.

It's really needed for those of us who think differently with our islands and don't like building little shops/etc. with indoor furniture outdoors. When you take that away, there's only so many things you can do with your island.
