Do fruit baskets count as litter?

As the title says XD I'm trying to maintain a perfect town whilst redecorating ^^

Fruit counts as litter so I'm assuming baskets of it do too

Yup... they are. I had my town full of just fruit baskets at one point and they were counted as litter. Even the fruit perfect fruit by itself, not in baskets count as litter if you have to many of them on the ground.

Hm :/ shame really, like it's not like they're furniture or anything, they're naturey so it'd make sense for them not to be counted haha

Really? Ok well, because my town was covered in singular perfect fruit, they were litter, baskets, still litter. But if I had them in normal singular fruit...it's not litter? o-o;
Ok.... I guess its because perfect fruit do have rotten counterparts but that's just weird...

Sorry. I'll have to change my post on that one as its singular perfect fruit that count as litter, but normal fruit do not. XD
If it's not true, we need someone to test it. But I can confirm singular perfect fruit count as litter.
