My poor village is turning into an episode of Hoarders. So I'm looking to clear out my house. I'm selling everything on this list here. (I have doubles of some items. So feel free to ask even if somethings been sold already.) Looking at Bell offers or anything on my wishlist herehere & the complete Cabana series.

I'm also hunting for bush starts. ESPECIALLY hydrangeas and sweet olive. Ideally I'd like to buy in bulk. Let me know pricing and things!

I'll trade 1 misc Gracie Item for 4 bush starts.
& Spotpass items are 1:2 bush starts.

Well, the afternoon tea set is worth 1680, so I can give you 5-6k for it.
The bathtile is worth 1700, but that's a Saharah exclusive, so I can say about 10-20k for that.

I do have one blue-hydrangea start and one sweet-olive start.
