diys should fall from trees when shaken

i haven't seen anybody post this idea yet [i'm probably just overlooking it somewhere sorry sorry (＞人＜; ) ] but wouldn't it be nice if trees on your island could drop like 1 diy a day? it would be even better if they're seasonal!

If they want to give us more DIYs, I'd rather they just make the bottles appear more often.

I like it too, but there's something whimsical about only one DIY in a bottle being on the beach, so I'd want both a bottle and tree DIY a day. c:

yeah.. i was thinking, since seasonal diys are kind of hard to come by and they aren't easy to find in bottles, trees could just take that role xD especially since the leaves change with the seasons it'd kinda make sense to me haha

Honestly would have been nice if seasonal DIYs had different ways to be obtain along these lines.

Spring: Balloons (spring breeze blowing them by)

Summer: Bottles (washing up on the shores of warm sandy beaches)

Autumn: Trees (trees losing their leaves, so other goodies will fall as well)

Winter: Snowballs (while Snowboy does give you a set, the other set would come from destroyed snowballs, there would be a chance of one popping out)

personally i like the bottles. but i never shake trees anymore, so i don't know if i'll be on board with this haha. sorry.

This happens with furniture and bells already so someone losing an occasional DIY in a tree would be a nice addition. More opportunities for me to collect!

Maybe themed ones like the cabin and wood DIYs or seasonal DIYs as you’ve suggested.

I came to say that it would make things easy but then you said just an additional one, so now i dont think that would make getting them too fast. I agree with this idea!
