Howdy y'all, I've gotten a couple more wares for sale including another Pine Bonsai Tree DIY. For that DIY, I've set the 'buyout' at 30 points primarily because of how quickly I got a 26 point offer yesterday. If you're in the 25-30 range there's a decent chance I'll take your offer though, just lemme know.

I also have a Cherry-Blossom Petal Pile DIY and a Palm Tree Lamp DIY that I've added to the OP, these seem pretty popular.

These DIYs are basically my rationalization for not actually decorating my house with furniture yet, but I would definitely like to sell 'em for actual currencies. Lemme know what's up

Sure, I can explain the points system. 26 points would be 26 NMT or 3.9m bells, or a combination (e.g. 20 NMT + 900k bells). I have an open 25 NMT offer from someone for the Pine Bonsai Tree DIY, so you'd have to at least beat that, and the "instabuy" would be 30 points (where I'd stop entertaining offers and accept immediately).
