If my calculations are right I can do 11:15am - 1 pm GMT (5-7 MST for me)
or 8:15 pm and on GMT (2:15 and on MST for me)
do these time work?

I think I get confused by the number haha
Maybe it’s my fault. How about UTC+7 instead of GMT+7 (I live in Bangkok, Thailand so we have 13 hours different)
After I checked with google
5-7am MST = 6-8 pm (UTC+7)
2:15pm MST = 3.15am (UTC+7)
I can do 5-7am MST on 15AUG
