So, my friend tried something stupid last night. She did the 'hide and seek alone' ritual. She claims the doll wasn't there where she had left it. I don't know what to believe, since I wasn't there. She's really freaked out. Do you believe in rituals like this?
The evil...?
Is it possible to attract spirits in this form? I've also seen people play the elevator game, the hooded man, the midnight man...
What do you think?

Whether they're real or not if you decide "Hm, this is something I should definitely try" then you kinda asked for whatever happens to you. Please leave the demons alone.

There are good spirits and bad spirits. Most are good, but if you ask for the bad ones, you're gonna get the bad ones. Your friend is inviting them in. Anything that happens to them is their own doing.

I've personally experienced some nasty stuff.

If she values her sanity and you value her as a friend, you'll get her to calm down whatever she summoned, and never mess with it again.

I said this in the supernatural thread but if you believe something weird or evil will happen to you, it inevitably will, either due to actual real spirits (which I don't personally believe in) or your mind playing tricks on you (which I think is usually the case). The mind is a powerful thing. If you believe something happened or will happen, it will, at least to you.

Funny thing about this story is that your friend had no other witnesses to attest to what happened so whether it's real reason not is entirely up to your friend.

demons shouldnt be messed with unless youre trying to form a contract

i am often called a demon child by everyone who knows me so it would be biased of me to say i support evil spirits lol

*hippie alert* Not all spirits are bad, though. Most, if not all are gud. I guess you really need to be there to vouch for paranormal activity yourself, once you're able to rule out any of the common scientific factors seen in paranormal activity and sightings. No harm in believing in it, though.

Sometimes you also forget things in the heat of the moment, like how eye witnesses of crimes forget key details during interrogation, or their story changes to how things really happened. It's purely psychological and sounds like what may have happened to your friend. who's playing hide and seek alone in 2017 too

Yeah, asking anything to be physically moved is really asking in bad things, so I mean, I advise against it. I had lots of things move on me before, not by my asking of course, but usually it's not friendly spirits that do it...

why u need more evil peeps when we already have alot on the world smh
and not really , i have never done something like that so i can't tell

lol no i dont believe in it. that ritual sounds like something edgy teenagers do and then they lie to their friends about what they saw and everyones like Wow U R So Cool . and there doesnt seem to be any reason to do it? like, other Real Summonings Of Evil Spirits usually have at least a point or a goal, this is just playing hide and seek alone with a rice doll at 3 am..

hjfjfj also where i read about it there were so many people being like "oh lol i have psychic abilities" and i think i crigned to death

This.

Too many people are disrespectful of demons and spirits. They just think it's all a game. People who mess with demons and spirits get what they deserve.

leave the spirits (and demons) alone.

I think your friend is fibbing and even doing this is opening doors you don't want open.

whether anyone believes in it or not is up to them, but don't do stupid things like this regardless. just let em' be.

I'm not religious, but I know not to mess with **** you know nothing about. Better safe than sorry, right?

mothman... does that count as evil? i thought i spotted it when i was visiting my relatives near west virginia. there were two red lights that flashed by the woods when i was at the house alone, it could have been a car but there was never any road near the woods there. and when it did flash by i felt a cold wind come through the door. idk what it was but i was in my room under my blanket the rest of the night

I think your friend needs a visit from Bobby Singer so he can smack 'em upside the head for messin' with ghosts.

Supernatural reference, btw.

Don't mess with demons. Not even when you're trying to make a contract. Don't make a contract.
