I still have a pretty strong feeling that the side and back rooms will get an update to make them larger. It seems to be more of a calculated rollout (forcing people to play a little at a time) than an indefinite limitation, IMO. Most games do something similar these days. They want to keep people hanging on for as long as they can by releasing a little at a time.

I also wouldn't put something like the house size in the same category as the models...because the house size could be patched out...and the models just seem like a strangely intentional choice. Like...I don't think they would patch the models to all be a more relative scale. I can see the rooms changing...but, I can't see the models changing.
