Disappearing Dream Address?

I just went to the Dream Suite to visit one of my favorite dream towns (the owner has beautiful patterns that are frequently updated and I love seeing their original designs), when much to my surprise, Luna informed me that "there isn't currently a dream at that address." I'm a bit baffled as to how this might have happened, since it couldn't have been more than a week or two since I last visited. I thought that dream addresses weren't removed from the database unless they haven't been accessed/updated for a very long time. Also, since the town is Japanese, I wouldn't even be able to see if the address changed since I can't input Japanese characters in a town name search. Kind of bummed out about this! Has anyone else had this happen to them or know any possible explanations for this sudden vanishing trick?

Sometimes your DA just...changes, for no reason, even if you update it every single day.

Yeesh, that's so bizarre! And very inconvenient for people who use the Dream Suite regularly... grrr

And sometimes if it isnt updated frequently the dream address gets deleted.

I came back after 6+ months and my dream adress was still there. Today I checked on my town after 2 months and it suddenly changed Guess that just happens somehow

Sometimes is they don't update their dream adress frequently it dissapears, she said that when you first get your DA.

When Luna changed my dream address I could visit the old one. If this town had it's address changed, couldn't we still visit the old address? I know that a lot of people still visit my old "Joy" dream code, and I visit it once in awhile too. So, I really don't understand why it won't let you visit.

Yes, that's what had me so puzzled as well. I know that they are multiple dream versions of some of my towns too, so I wonder what could have caused this particular DA to vanish without a trace. Maybe it's just a weird, arbitrary thing like some other people have suggested?
