digital copy and physical copy?

if i have a copy on my 3ds, and a game file, will one of the towns override the other?

Nope. You can have one digital copy and as many physical copies as you want, last I checked.

No. You can use as many physical copies as you want. You can only use one SD card with the downloaded version in one 3DS.
