Dig Up Pitfall Seed Or Fall Into It?

How about digging it up once, then burying it behind your face cut-out standee for visitors to fall into it when trying to pose? ...and then falling into it yourself multiple times? As well as my villagers... :')

I bury a pitfall and 4 fossils on the tiny part of the beach that I can only go to by swimming. I'm so sick of having to dig things up.

I fall into them by accident all the time. I'm also going to try the burying in the corner of town method!! but I'll probably fall into them a few more times before this happens haha.

Neither! That was a great day a few months ago when I learned about burying a pf seed in a corner! Didn't even think of doing it with fossils, too! Another great day today! Have had fossils completed at museum for quite a while and don't need the bells. Still want gyroids, though. Collecting sets of my favorites in a museum room. Thanks, everyone!

Wow, I never knew that if you re-bury it it wont spawn, I've been doing it wrong by selling it! I figured there would just be a new one each day like with the fossils... but wow I have a private beach and I am definitely putting my pitfall there!

I hate pitfall seeds. I wish 1 didn't generate every day. They'd be more interesting if they only generated in your town occasionally.

I dig them up and sell them. I know they're not worth much, but I usually have other stuff to sell anyway.

if you're annoyed by pitfalls, as mentioned by several other people, it's your best bet to bury one in a hidden away spot in your town where it's highly unlikely anyone will fall into it. no more dealing with them! doesn't impact perfect town rating to leave it there, since i have a perfect town and i do this.
