What are the achievements and associated reward items for each of the games?

For Puzzle League, you get several items by completing the story mode on regular difficulty and another for beating it on the kinda hard level. You also get items for 10,000 points on Score Mode, 10,000 points on Garbage Mode, 2,500 points on Time Attack, and 100 points on Candy Attack. You also get items if you get a combo of 10+ blocks on any mode and if you get a chain of 5+ on any mode. You get MEOW coupons whenever you do one of these things after doing it at least once already.

I haven't finished Desert Island Escape quite yet(I still have 6 more stages to complete), but from my experience, if you complete the first 6 stages in a difficulty mode, you'll get an item. Finish the rest, and you'll get another item. I haven't tested this with advanced yet, but I know it works with the other two. You also get 2 MEOW coupons for reaching the stage's target score.
