Didn't get a letter from HHA today... instead it was a letter announcing seasonal items

That’s odd. I got my HHA score letter today giving me tips on how to improve it. Though a few weeks ago, I had a similar problem like you. Perhaps it’s a hit and miss for some people?

yeah! I remember reading about it before but I have been getting them consistently since launch so was a bit surprised.

I got mine today, but I also got it along with the seasonal letter. I had the same issue a few weeks ago, and my only assumption is that if your score did not change previously, they won't send you a letter? Don't take my word for it, but that's the only thing I could think of. I'm curious to see what others have experienced as well though.

I didn't get a letter from HHA today either. Didn't actually realize it until I saw this thread and realized I didn't receive it as well. It's weird, since I've seen the threads from other people talking about this but I never had it happen to me until today.

I read something saying that the HHA doesn't rate you/send gifts on weeks when you've time traveled. That made sense to me--I've only ever time traveled when Redd showed up with all fakes, and it corresponds to my HHA irregularities.

I never TT though so it wouldn't apply in my case.

I didn't get my HHA score either.

To help prove/disprove some guesses:
- I dont TT so it isnt somethin caused by TTing
- Changed a minimum of 10 items in my house so the "score must not have changed" cannot apply in my situation.

I have yet to get on my alt characters to see if they got rated or not... one I'm fairly certain I made 0 changes in her home since last rating

Ah bummer. I was hoping I had a way to make sense of the randomness. I wonder what it is?

The consensus on this is that the game randomly doesn't assign HHA score updates to players every once in a while, and there is no commonality between those who get stricken. One consistent thing though: you'll get a score again next week. So just shrug and look forward to finding out your score next Sunday

Got both today. I didn't get a HHA score last week, even though I never TT and I changed several things in my house prior to that day.

i did get my HHA letter today along with the seasonal item letter, but i didn't get the HHA letter last week. seems like it's just buggy.

I got both letters.

I've gotten HHA letters every single week so far, whether I change my house's interior or not.
