Did you use first map Rover gave you???

Pretty easy question.
When you are on train, Rover shows you a map of your town. You can tell him, that this is map of your town, and take it, or you can say, that it's not your town, and he will show you another one.
My question is. Did you go with the first one, or did you skip bunch of them until you got the perfect one?

For my first town, yes because I was stupid.
For my current town I think it was the third.

I've had this town since I got the game, never reset it, and literally chose the first map Rover gave me since I wanted to take what the game decided to give me randomly even though I knew I'd probably regret it, haha.

I'm not going to say that it was easy, and I really don't like my map, but I'm starting to landscape my town more now and learning to work with it.

In Rosewood I picked one of the first 5.
My other three I reset at least 25-30 times per towns. Wasn't a fun time lol, but I'd say I got good maps out of it.

I think I did, when I got ACNL I was so noobish I knew like nothing about the game. xD and I couldn't think of a good town name so I used CoolTown.

I was map resetting but one of the first four maps Rover showed me was everything I could ever hope for in a map so yeah

Kanto- I was a newbie, so yes.
Rosewood- Reset 30ish times and found the 99% perfect map and kept it. (Rosie's house could have been better and it had cherries instead of peaches)

Unfortunately, yes. When I first got the game, all I knew was that you lived in a town full of talking animals. I didn't know that there were infinite number of town layouts or that I could change it. So I did what I knew, picked the first map I saw. While I did start with my absolute favorite villager Biskit, the layout wasn't great at all. I learned from my mistakes and reset. Now I have an awesome layout with new dreamies... and Biskit.

Yes! This was my fist AC game and, not even knowing what the game was about, I jumped right into ACNL with the first map shown. It is still my map. ^w^

For my first town, yup, but I reset for a while until I found one that was alright when I restarted my town.

I think I used the 100th map he gave to me haha. It always takes me a long time to find the perfect map. I've never used the first map he's given me (except in the gamecube version).
