I always miss these.

Ugh, Phoebe has been spreading an ugly black/white tee around my town. I better not catch her in the act or it's daily pitfall season for her!!

But yes, I've seen a villager give clothes to another but only once or twice and from a distance.

No they change shirts when you are too late to jump in to the conversation, from my experience.

I rarely see villager conversations anymore though...

Yeah, I wish that villagers conversed more in NL. I feel like in wild world they were always talking to each other and now I feel like its a rarity to actually catch them talking to each other.
