Did Resetti terrify you?

Yes.. Resetti was my biggest enemy as a kid. My gamecube shut down because a friend was walking past and accidentally snagged her foot on the power cord, popping it out of its socket. I knew how important it was to save and went into a huge panic. Resetti let me off somewhat easily the first time.. But as time went on, more accidental resets caused him to get angrier and angrier..

During one of them, I started crying. He told me to say something like 'I will never reset again', but I pressed A too fast and skipped what he wanted me to write. Of course I got it wrong. Resetti proceeded to smack my character in the head with his pick-axe and scream at me to do it again. My hands were shaking.

..I love Resetti now though! He's currently in my town behind some trees.

I literally cried because of that one thing where he used to make you write what he said. I could never get it right. He was so scary omg. I'm so glad he's not as bad in this game.

In Animal Crossing Wild World, I did the unspeakable quitting without saving and Resetti did that stupid "if you type this i'll forgive you" thing and one time he refused to let me play no matter how many times I typed it. Me and my cousin even took a picture of it to type it exactly and he still didn't accept it. I never got to play my game after that and still haven't and I don't know how many years ago that was.

No he didn't scare us. My young son didn't type what he said. He kept writing something that annoyed Resetti.

I used to dread having to sit through his lectures in my GC game. I was never really terrified of him though.

I don't know how he was in WW and CF, but I'm kinda sad he's not as mean anymore. Whenever I close my game without saving and he comes and leaves without a giant rant I'm just 'wait... you're supposed to yell at me, come back!'

Nah, Resetti didn't scare me. Whenever I see him, I just imagine in real life, a mole (?) popping out of the ground wearing a miners hat shouting at me, probably in a high pitched voice. I'd burst out laughing if that ever happened.

No. When I played AC on the gamecube as a small child I would laugh at how mad he got at me resetting, so a soon as he stopped I would run across my living room and reset the gamecube and laugh and laugh

No, but I used to be a really forgetful child and I always forgot to save. I didn't care that much about the game itself, but damn, that mole was annoying AF! All I wanted was to play, but NOPE, he kept on ranting and yelling at me.

When I was little yeah lol. I was playing on my older sisters character in AC population growing. Well I guess she didn't save and Resettii poped up, started yelling then made the screen go black. I was terrified lol I was maybe around 6 or 7

I don't know about terrify but he definitely use to surprise me... and I was a grownup when I was introduced to city folk! But yeah, he's definitely not my favorite. I think he's been toned down a bit for new leaf, though. I don't find him as annoying.

Maybe just a little! I remember meeting Resetti for the first time and I was thinking 'oh wow he's loud' the part where the screen seemed to shake was a bit unsettling back then. Now it's a bit more simple xD

Scare? No. Irritate? Yes. I banned him from my village, I am not building his little PWP. He can stay in the dark abyss of potential data for all I care. Mole ticked me off one too many times in the GC days. No way I'm paying to get him back.

I didnt find him terrifying. Except for when he would turn your game off in the gamecube version (anyone else remember that) that scared me a bit haha but Ive always kind of loved Resetti

He's not scary. Maybe surprisingly loud. But he's not scary to me. And when you think of it, as annoying as he is, he's not doing it out of... well actually yeah. maybe out of spite. But he warns us because he cares, you know. Even though, I think Resetti is actually a little bit more scary in the European version of Animal Crossing games. You guys want to hear the rumor or do you guys already know about it?

Like I had full battery and the time I had got rid of him it turned RED ;-;

God I hated him so much in wild world...he took so much time....

He was a little mean tho but he was funny... I hate how in New Leaf
all the personality's have been watered down too much....
they all sound the same and it is really boring. I mean I don't
think many little kids actually play it anymore...unlike wild world
or any games before that on ^^ That's just my opinion tho
