I bought it, but it's still on back order for another month haha. I already use an app for cataloging, but the guide looks really beautifully designed from the pictures I've seen. I'm excited just to flip through and look at it. I'll probably use the checklists as well - I'd rather flip through a book than an app
I did. It's enormous. It is missing some stuff (no artwork, as that wasn't available from the start) and it looks like a few things might have been tweaked, but I like it for looking up what my villagers prefer for clothing and the checklist of which personalities give out specific diy cards. The bug and fish list is also helpful.
I preordered it but it kept getting pushed back and then I thought it was a little obsolete since I can just google anything I have questions on. I'm sure the pics in it are pretty though!
Haha I totally forgot about this. I should hop on it now that I've some expendable money.
It'll be interesting to see how quick it becomes a relic with all the spawn and event patches.
I avoided it after I saw how incomplete this game was. Glad I didn't waste my money.
Nintendo... striking a killing blow to physical guides because they couldn't give a completed game all because they want to control what we do to avoid what they assume is spoilers so they make all events downloadable determined by your internet connection only to then give us needlessly long events for something that would otherwise be completely acceptable for a single day because they feel we are deprived of things to do so they cut content in the hopes that they can dangle the stuff above us on a proverbial fishing line for future potential content.
