Did anyone bail on the wedding anniversary photos without completing the set?

I did it a couple times and then just completely forgot about the event. The first few times it was pretty cute, but after that it's just kinda repetitive. I might go back just to complete the full set though.

It's one of the event that I actually enjoy simply because the rewards, I can actually use. It's better than island hopping or balloon hunting for furniture imo.

I'm planning on going back a few more times to get some more wedding candles but overall I don't feel the need to own every single thing in the series. I also think weddings are incredibly boring (I made sure my own wedding ceremony lasted under 15 minutes because come on) so that doesn't help me rally to the cause.

I only did it for about 8 days. I just wanted a few pieces from the set and after I got them I pretty much stopped (and still have leftover heart pieces).

Confession: I never started the event.
I couldn't imagine using most of the items and taking photos in-game isn't really my thing.

I finished the event, got some extra stuff and now I'm done. It was fine, but I'm not gonna bother anymore, definitely not everyday of the month.

What day does this even even end?
I’m growing tired of having to stop by every day. So exhausting. I want to make sure I buy some pieces off before I no longer can though.

Me. I got like the first 2-3 days and pieces but I'm really getting exhausted by the game lately. It's a pretty set but not something I must, must have though.

And yeah using Harv's photo stuff is annoying like can they collect it better so you dont have to jump in and out moving furniture and stuff?

I still don't have the complete set, but I only plan on getting the items I imagine myself to actually use. The furniture is nice, but it's not my ideal type, so I'm only selecting a few items to purchase with the heart crystals.

The wedding event in general was really fun at first, but now it's a drag for me to even finish it. I still force myself out of habit to do it everyday, but given how repetitive the themes are, it's not really that exciting. I'm just hoarding the heart crystals at this point. 😂

I have 1 floor left. Not sure I'll go back for the tuxedo and shoes (I have the bride outfit). I also might try to keep a couple of heart crystals that I can strew under trees or something for decorating. I've done that with some star fragments and really like it.

I might do another day and get another wall flower arrangement or some more candles. If customized, those can fit into everyday decorations.

I haven't done anything for it in a few days. I already got the items that I wanted, but now I just have like 60 crystal hearts that I don't need.
All I really wanted were the flower stands, wall decorations and the candles. The candles especially because the different colors are really pretty.

I'm going to stop once I have one of everything from the wedding set for catalog completion purposes only. I haven't checked yet if I do, but I usually forget to go do it every day anyway lol

It's just really boring and I just throw down stuff rapidly at this point, but I've never played AC for home decorating so the effort to begin with was already nonexistent.

Since the organ, when customized to chic and turned around to face away from the camera makes AMAZING, tall fancy outdoor walls, I plan to farm up a ton of the heart crystals.

I did it until I was given the choice to purchase everything available, so about 7 days, I think. I can't believe it's a whole 30 days for the event. I think 2 weeks would have been fine, but I suppose I understand since they want to make sure that everyone is able to do it.

Thank you for this information.

I went just once.

Unless I can get food, that was enough for me.

I want all the items so I'm doing the event but I'm not actually decorating anything. I just place the minimum amounts of items needed in a random order in the correct theme to get the max amount of hearts possible and then take a random picture.

I've only forgotten one day and I want the crystals cause the furniture is super cute, and I want all the varieties, but I'm to the point where I just pile furniture in the room and snap a pic haha. I took it seriously the first week or so.

I think I participated for about a week, then gave up. None of the furniture appeals to me, and the perfectionist in me made it take too long for not enough reward.
