Buying Diana or Phoebe

So i have an empty plot after moving out a villager and i dont want a random to come and take it so im looking to buy diana or phoebe! I can pay a reasonable amount of IGB, Nook Tickets or my TBT! I also have few black/orange/pink lillies and orange pansies to spare if you like flowers~ Please make an offer!

Also please make sure the villager is moving out naturally and not via the campsite~
