As the title states, I have Diana for sale. Please note that they are still relatively new in my town, so it will take some time for them to move. Thank you for understanding and i apologize for the inconvenience.

Anyways, for Diana, I am looking for around 10-12 million bells, no less than ten, though. I might settle for less if necessary.
You can either make me an offer or instantly buy her for 12 million. First come, first serve. This is not an auction.

When the deal is settled, we can exchange FC's and do the whole process.

She'll tell me her moving date, right? I'm sorry, I'm real nervous i'm gonna mess it up.

Did diana already say she was moving out?
Or are you waiting for her to?
If she is getting ready to move out, she will pick a date to move. On that date she will be in boxes, which is when i can pick her up. If she already has a set moving date, I would tt forward 1 day at a time until isabelle says "Diana is moving out tomorrow"
That day, she will be in boxes and I could pick her up.
However, if she isn't moving yet, i would walk around and wait for her to ping you and see if she is going to move out, then tt to her moving date. The ping method can be a bit tedious, so i would also recommend looking on youtube for actual methods used to move out certain villagers.

OH! I just remembered something.. Villagers will move out ONLY if you have gotten you're development permit.
If you haven't gotten it, you can work on getting your permit, and just reserve Diana for me. Take your time to move her out, and when she is in boxes, just private message me and i can go over and pick her up!
