Desperately seeking landscape designers and town artists!

I've been trying for almost a year to make a perfect town...
And I can't seem to do it...

I tried all sorts of different themes/styles and none fit.
What I've wanted to do for months is a futuristic village!
(Which is kind of hard considering location and junk...)

But I'm really at a loss for ideas...

Could somebody help me in terms of patterns, pwps,
building types, etc? I want the town to literally light up at night.

Something along the lines of this.

Spoiler: My favorite city from Mass Effect, Nos Astra on Ilium!

Anyone have any ideas?

You should use the illuminated PWP set, and the modern train station and town hall. I'll look for some modern patterns for ya

if you want it to light up at night, use the illuminated PWPs plus maybe like... the modern stuff
also maybe remodel your house to the modern architecture as well?

ah, that sucks yea I had to force someone out to get a peppy for the illuminated PWPs a while back, and if my uchi didn't give me all the uchi PWPs before she left I would've had to get a random uchi too lol

Should I only add trees next to buildings?
Put in a modern everything?

You seriously make me wish Bioware would just hurry up and spit out actual news regarding ME4 ;__;

Put in a modern everything! Consider flower arrangements of lighter colors (white pansies, white lilies, white violets, etc) and colors that give a more, uh, 'galactic' feel (blue and purple perhaps with scattered gold roses and pink; at least that's what's in my town, anyway), if you will. My town, Veenoos, was originally meant to be a cosmic theme, but it's turned into some woodsy brick village now, eheh. Some parts still reflect what I wanted, though, especially my mayor's house. I'm a little excited to see how yours will turn out!
