Designing town software?

Is their any sort of software where you can create a map of your town and customize it so that you can include pwp and villagers homes? It's just for planning my dream town.

there is, but it's a hacking software and the subject of hacking makes some people uncomfortable :/

No Sadly the only way is via hacking

Lol obviously none of the above members knew what you were talking about. You could do it on grid paper or find a software that lets you paint on a grid. There was a thread about this a while ago where people gave each other tips on how you could plan out your town. Maybe if you search through the forums you can find it, it should be useful for you.

There's no "town designing" software per se. Although some people do lay out their towns on stuff like Excel or good ol' pen and paper.
