How do I delete my ground designs in mass amounts?
They are obstructions.

the only way you can delete it is to wash it off by yourself, one. square. at. a. time. sorry friend. you can also place a public works project but eh.

There's no way to do that without just deleting them one by one.

Yeah, you'll have to just wipe them away. Of course, if you just want to change them to a different design, then simply edit said design, but "they are obstructions" makes that sound like it isn't the case.
