Oh, Merengue. You are the cutest rhino ever, and according to Hound00med's list of villagers based on popularity, you are number two, right behind Marshal. You are a wonderful villager and I will miss you. But it's time to let you go. I only took you in because you were in a nice spot and I was tired of reseting for my ninth villager. I'll never regret it, but I want you to have a better home.
Merengue, being the popular villager that she is, is generally sold for a price between 15 and 30 millions AC bells, from what I have seen. I think this is perfectly ridiculous. A lot of players don't have that money to spend on villagers. Which is why I have decided to have an auction, but not increasing - decreasing.
How is this going to work?
You don't need to bid more bells - you have to bid less.
The starting bid will be 30 million. The maximum decrements will be 200k. For obvious reasons, there is no buyout.
Example
user 1: starting bid! (= 30 million bells)
user 2: 29,9 million
user 3: 29,8 million
user 1: 29,7 million
etc. until the end of the auction. Hope it's clear enough!

Every time someone doesn't follow the rules, I will throw a puppy from the 8th floor. No I'm kidding. There is no 8th floor in the building where I live. I will throw them from the 6th floor.
- you can only post once every five minutes, so that everyone has a chance
- be cool about it or I will vaporize a puppy
- if you post more than once every five minutes, your post will be ignored if you do it once, if you do it twice I'll warn you, if you do it three times, then that's three strikes and you'll be out
- don't rage if you don't win
- be nice and polite to everyone or... you know what happens next
- don't sell Merengue... give her away if she moves out or if you don't like her in the end
- no dreamie proof required
Before you ask
She is not original. I loved her deeply to the point where she gave me her picture, so indeed her house is not original but I did my best to keep it kitchen themed. Her shirt has changed but she has a copy of her original shirt in her house that you can buy and send her back.
