First when making PINK ROSES you need red and white roses. Most of the time I get red roses or white roses but you have a high chance for a pink rose. Hybrid breeding is very confusing for me to explain so here is a very helpful guide and then a very helpful chart! If you click on it it gets bigger!

I already knew you could obtain pink roses from breeding white and red roses together. I looked at a couple of flower combination guides before uploading this thread.

Your reply also implies that it is not possible for pink roses to be produced from breeding two red roses together. If my memory serves me right, I was able to obtain at least one pink rose from my batch of pure, unbred red roses which would make that claim false.

Do you have any knowledge of hybrids gained from personal experience/trial and error rather than from guides?
Im sorry X-X I have been playing New Leaf since 2014 and know a lot but some things I dont so sorry! I do remember getting two reds to make a pink but its much harder in my experience. I had a ton of extra bred red roses from my blue roses and in a patch they made pink ones or maybe I am remembering wrong but I easily can make pink roses from a white and red. I dont know much else so I hope you can find what you need.
