So I went to go get a collectible from the shop, and I had (according to the numbers on the side) 39 Bells. The collectible I wanted (Pear) was 39 Bells. "Insufficient Funds". I go to the ABD and see I had about 38.7 Bells. I just find these decimal Bells annoying...

Edit: I just got the pear, so that's taken care of at least...
