Welcome to the second part of our shop.
My name is Debra and i'll be running this thing with JunJie (= Darkbrussel on the forum). We breed and sell hybrid flowers together. We have a regular shop with stock set-up in another thread, but here you can reserve (= pre-order) flowers only.
How does it work?
By using our pre-order form, you may request up to 20 hybrid flowers. After we accepted your request, we will start breeding the flowers for you. When we have your order ready, we will contact you through PM/VM. Then you have 24 hours to arrange a pick-up or delivery. (You might want to take timezones into consideration)

(e.g. stay near the train station, no running, no talking to villagers, etc.);
❥ Breaking our rules and/or terms may result to us denying further services;
❥ When one of us suspect a rule/term being violated, whether it's one of ours or the forum's,
connection will be terminated;
❥ After delivery, you are responsible for whatever happens to the delivered items;
(Situation example: You lost your order, because your nintendo's battery died while saving.
Sorry, we can not deliver a replacement.)
❥ We have the right to decline an order;
❥ When you place an order, you agree to- and understand all of these terms.

Q: Your other thread is closed, can I still order here?
A: Yes, but keep in mind that ALL orders posted here are not affected by stock quantities from the other thread, thus making it a pre-order. You are free to choose the amount of flowers, as long as it does not exceed 20 flowers in total. Pre-orders are rarely delivered directly for this reason. Please use the pre-order form to post an order here.
Q: How long do I have to wait?
A: Max. 3 days after your pre-order status has changed to "working on". We try to complete orders as quick as possible.
Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your pre-order any time.
Q: Can I edit my pre-order?
A: Yes, you can edit within 24 hours after posting your pre-order. Even when the status has changed to "breeding". Just make sure we are aware of the changes you want to make.
Q: What does my pre-order status mean?
A: Pending = We are not yet breeding to complete your order.
Breeding = The flowers are in the process of breeding. Your order is soon ready.
Ready = All flowers in your order are bred and ready for pick-up/delivery! Check your PMs/VMs, we may have already contacted you.
Q: Can I pre-order more than once?
A: You can only take up ONE slot at a time, but once you have completed the order, feel free to pre-order again.
Q: Can I pre-order here and order in your other thread at the same time?
A: Yes, you can. (Note: Only if both threads are status: open)

A: No. You pay us when you receive the flowers.
