I like DOA, I'm god awful at the game against other people tho. I love a lot of the characters like Kokoro, Tina, Jann Lee, Lei Fang and more tbh. I'm not crazy about the Triangle system of the series, but it's one of those fighters that has a bad rep when there's a fun and deep game in there.
DoA 3 was one of the first video games I played. I remember years ago when I was really little I would play DoA 3 and SSX Tricky on the original Xbox with my Dad and I played it so much I was beating him with straight KOs. I loved the game, I was pro Ayane and pro Leifang at the age of 6 or something. I played DoA 2 when I got a PlayStation 2 and then I got DoA 4 on the Xbox 360 and (probably through nostalgia) became my favourite fighting game. When DoA 5 came out the other year I got it for my 360 and I thought it was super cool. I haven't really went back to it recently, but it gives me a happy sense of nostalgia when I play it... But no one else I am friends with owns it so I never really got to fight anyone I knew...
My favourite characters are Ayane, Leifang, Hitomi, Helena, Brad, Ryu and Jann Lee.
