Dead Island (360, PS3, and PC)

For those of you that don't know what it is, Dead Island is 4-player co-op, free-roaming, zombie killing, RPG. Think Borderlands except with zombies, and on an island resort. It comes out this Tuesday in America and I've already Pre-Ordered it. What do you think of it? Are you going to get it? Do you think it will fail, or be successful?

It looks boring to be honest. Also, comparing it to Borderlands is like comparing Halo to Call of Duty.

Borderlands has zombies.
There are a few decent First person hand to hand/melee games. I think there are some good zombies games.. I dunno, sounds like a new idea to me.
The Condemned series are pretty good FPM games.

But yeah, there's said to be a nice amount to play in the game. Something like 25 hours worth of gameplay, it's co-op. It'll be something I try.

I wanna rent it but I will more than likely end up buying it if its good.

It looks really fun to me, and one of the characters skills focuses on guns, if you're more into shooting than you are beating a zombie into mush with a rowing paddle. I suggest it.

I'm waiting an aticipation because it's at my house right now but I won't be able to play it until tomorrow!
