Dark Veil (Roleplay)

"Hmm. Parasites start off by giving you nightmares relating to bad memories, right? Maybe it's because I don't really have any bad memories, except James, which I think about more as a reason for me to become a strong Mage rather than letting it upset me most of the time?" I say to Alex, while looking at Raphael, hoping the water would wake him up.
 
I nod at Misa. "You are probably right." My parasite was with me when I was born so didn't get many nightmares, so I was able to manipulate it as it grew with me, meaning in dire situations I could use it to my advantage, but that can backfire quickly and it has done in the past drastically.

"Do you think the water worked?" I ask.

"I'm not sure, he doesn't seem to be waking up..." I say, kneeling beside Raphael.
Maybe I can enter his dream, like Venus did to save Lily and Cindra? If I really am immune to parasites, it should be fine... And if I'm not, then I should already have one anyway, right...? I reach out, about to touch his forehead, but I hesitate.
 
"I'm going to try to enter his dream and get him out, like when Venus saved Lily. If I am immune, then I should be fine. If not, then... I should already have a parasite anyway, and just not be aware of it, right?"
 
"That could be true, but it could be really dangerous." I say to Misa. "But I guess it is worth a shot."

"I'll be fine," I say as confidently as I can, but then add on in my head, I hope...
Bracing myself, I make contact, and almost immediately enter his nightmare. I look around me, until I find him, being... Stabbed by Taylor...? I knew Taylor was a maniac, and Raphael was aware of that, but was this really his nightmare?
There was a bright light behind him, which was presumably the way to leave the nightmare and regain consciousness, but he seemed to be unable to move. Hmm, should I just run past and grab him? He doesn't seem to be able to move himself...
 
I look up from my drawing and gasp. Was I really so engrossed that I didn't notice the commotion?
I stand up and go over to Raphael, Alex, and Misa.
"What is going on?" I ask Alex.
 
I watch as Misa tries to awaken Raphael, MIsa seemed to be concentrating really hard. I touch her slightly to get a better look at her and can see her eyes had gone bright white, this must be really strong magic.

I turn to Cindra as she joins us letting go of Misa. "Raphael seems to be stuck in a nightmare, we think it's a parasite. Misa is trying to get him out because it looks like she is immune to them, seeing how she has not been able to catch a parasite from contact with a person who has had one."
 
I apparently didn't have my staff with me within this dream world, so I couldn't use any major magic, but I could use a kickback spell that pushed Taylor away from Raphael long enough for me to run past and grab him. I ran as fast as I could towards the white light, until I passed through, back into the real world.
 
"I hope Misa's okay...when I tried to go into Lily's dreams, I caught the parasite..." I shudder slightly.
 
I soon regain consciousness back in the real world. Raphael doesn't wake up instantly, but he stopped twitching, so it seems that it worked, and I got him out of the nightmare. I sit breathing heavily as so look at him, not paying total attention to anything else around me.
 
"Yeah... good idea..." I mutter, attempting to stand up. I stumbled and fall almost immediately, and end up falling asleep on the soft sand, not having time to walk back to the Aura room.
 
"Good idea." I say, "we should carry him back to his room though, we can't just leave him on the beach."

"Misa!" I say as she falls to the sand.
