I grin triumphantly, and splash him. "I bet I can hold my breath longer then you."

"Really?" I say, starting the countdown. "3, 2, 1." I say, and go underwater.

I've woken for a long time, actually. But I just lay in bed staring at the bony white ring on my finger, thoughts drifting at the thought of my family again. I hear Cindra, Taylor, and Fein screaming and splashing downstairs in the pool, waking lodgers from their slumber. My lips curl up in a smile, and I get ready.

 

[Beary]

I go underwater as he does, and relax, as relaxing is they key to holding one's breath the longest.

 

[PurplPanda]

I push Cindra above water, winning the contest. "Current score: 1 to 1. Current winner is Fein." I say, catching my breath.

 

[Beary]

"You cheater!" I giggle, and push him.

 

[PurplPanda]

"I'm not cheating." I say, putting mock offense in my voice. "I'm just... making use of available resources." I say, defending myself.

 

[Beary]

"Oh, suuuure." I go underwater again.

I awaken to the sound of laughing and commotion coming from the pool area and decide to hang out there. I enter and see the others having fun and jumping around in the pool. Chuckling slightly at the sight of this I turn to sit in the corner on a chair and I fiddled with my hair as I took out my iPod, searching for some tunes to listen to.

I decided to nap on my chair but soon fell fast asleep. (Ok g2g)

I sit at the pool and smile at their antics.

I woke up in bed the next afternoon, wondering how long I'd been out, and who had brought me in.
"Urgh, I pushed myself way too far..." I mumble, rubbing my eyes. I ran my hand through my hair, and realising how greasy it was, I decided to have a shower. No one else was in there so I could go straight in, then got changed into a new outfit (a baby blue ruffled t-shirt and a matching skirt), and sat back down on the edge of my bed to brush my hair.

 

[Beary]

"Hey," I come up with a splash. "Want to race?" I say to Fein, grinning.

After spending several minutes brushing my long hair, I left the Aura room, hoping to find someone that could tell me how long I uad been unconcious. I couldn't find my watch, so I couldn't tell what time it was.

"Sure." I reply to Cindra, swimming to the shallow end, where we would start the race.

I swim beside him, and brace myself so that I can push off from the wall. "Ready?"

"Ready." I say, and swim towards the other side, leaving Cindra in the dust. Or, well, water.

I wake up with a bandage on my head. My memories of the other day are still fuzzy, I can't remember a thing. I see that everybody else is at the pool. I change into my swimsuit and join them. "Uhh…what happened? I honestly can't recall where I was last."

I walk outside, where i notice Fein and Cindra racing in the pool. When they finish their race, I go up to them and ask nervously, "Um, does anyone know how long I was unconcious for?"

I swim as fast as I can after him, but I got a late start. He seems to be winning.
