Dark Veil (Roleplay)

I crack a small smile.
"Okay. I think I'll stay out here..."

I pick a flower and tuck it in my pocket, then go back up to the hotel room.
I place the note near Fein's bed, then go back to sleep.

I slip out of bed. 3 a.m. I creep out of the room in search of a dummy to practice these new daggers upon inaudibly.

I consult the hotel map down in the reception; there's supposed to be a gym around here. I followed the directions, to reveal the vacant and large room. I find a punching bag -- this should be okay for slashing, right? I thrust my weapons from my holster with a satisfying "ssssssssssssh", and begin incorporating slashes with kicks, spins, rolls, and punches. I hope Mother would be proud of me.

I woke up far earlier than i should have, but wasn't really tired enough to go back to sleep. I look at the clock next to me. 3.30am. No one is even going to be awake.
Deciding that I wanted to practice the spells that I pearned earlier, I headed of in search of an empty room. My first option was the gym, but when I walked over to it, I could hear someone slashing away at something. Half of me was trying to forc me to go inside and talk to them, and the other half was telling my to chicken out and go back to bed. In the end, a bit of each won. I decided to slip in quietly, and walk over to the far end where I could practice, and hope that they didn't notice me. So I did just that.

I turn. I see a dark figure, but I can't make out who it is. "Uhm, hello?" I mumble.

 

[TheCreeperHugz]

Crap, she noticed me!
"Oh, um, hi...."

 

[nekosync]

"Is that you, Misa?"

 

[TheCreeperHugz]

"Y-yeah. I was looking for somewhere to practice..." I mutter sheepishly.

 

[nekosync]

"Oh, uh, so was I.." I stare at my weapons, feeling stupid.

 

[TheCreeperHugz]

I glance over at th punching bag, noticing that it was covered in slashes. I let out a little giggle at the sight of it, though somehow I don't think Anastasia will have the same reaction if she comes in here...

 

[nekosync]

I glance at the punching bag, too. "Oh, crap." I mutter. "I wasn't thinking straight when I did that -- I just wanted to try out my daggers..."

 

[TheCreeperHugz]

"Here, I might be able to fix it..." I mutter, pointing my staff at it. The slashes begin to fix themselves, one at a time.

 

[nekosync]

"Wow," I breathe, gently stroking the bag. "The stitching is rectified, and all!" I smile in the darkness. "Thank you so much!"

I awake to see most people still asleep or no where to be seen. Time to get up, maybe go could go down to the gym and train a little.

I leave my room and enter the gym to see to other girdle talking and practising. Better not disturb them

"No problem..."
Well, so much for not talking to her...
My stomach rumbled, and I remembered that I didn't have anything to eat before going to bed. I held out my hand, and made an apple appear in it, which I started eating.
"Want one?"

"Okay." I agree.

I go to practise on a dummy away from them and start practising blocking and reversal hits with my sword

 

[nekosync]

I hear slashes in the background. "I wonder who's that." I murmur to Misa.

 

[TheCreeperHugz]

"Here," I say, summoning another apple and giving it to her.
"That looks like a brute," I murmer, noticing the armor.

 

[nekosync]

"Thanks," I said, and bit into the apple. "Maybe we should go talk to them. If we're going to be fighting together, we should get to know them."

"Um, sure..."
We walked closer, and i recognised the brute as being Alex, the girl I was talking to last night.
