I greet Misa as she joins us and turn back to Fein. "Oh, ok." I say.

The conversation was getting very awkward so I just started to play with my short hair.

I noticed Alex twirling her hair. Does she have a crush on me? I kick the thought out of my mind and begin talking to Misa. "Can you summon another apple?" I ask, stomach grumbling.

"Uh, sure," I say, summoning one and giving it to Fein. "Alex, do you want one?"

Realising Misa was talking to me, I snap out of thought and tell her I was not hungry.

"Hey, guys, you ready for our next assignment?" I ask.

"Thanks." I say to Misa, knowing this skill would prove invaluable in the field. I take a bite of my apple, and it is better than any one I have ever tasted. "Delicious!" I exclaim, louder than intended.

I giggle, as Fein exclaims how nice the apple is far louder than necessary.

Over hearing Raphael mention an assignment I nod, "hell yeah."
