"Uhm, I'm Chiyoko," I mumble, looking down at my feet. "I'm, um, Misa's friend... You guys are all crowded around the Dark Veil posters, so I thought she have been here..."
I look at him again, having to look upwards since he's taller than me. "D-Do you, um, know where she is?" I ask quietly.

I feel my heart stop and I look away. "Well, Chiyoko, my sister is..." I couldn't bring myself to finish the sentence.

I look back and forth between the two people, feeling so lost. Suddenly, a flash of images floods into my mind, or a man, bigger then a mountain smashing a place clothed in white apart. And I was there, with James, Raphael, Fein, Misa, Lilly, and Cordelia. And Taylor. And Alex.
Where did these names come from?

I look back and forth between the two people, feeling so lost. Suddenly, a flash of images floods into my mind, or a man, bigger then a mountain smashing a place clothed in white apart. And I was there, with James, Raphael, Fein, Misa, Lilly, and Cordelia. And Taylor.
Where did these names come from?

"But... Misa..." I mutter, as tears form in my eyes and begin to fall down my cheeks. This can't be true.... How can he say that so bluntly? his sister... My best friend... is dead...

I turn to Cindra. "Yes-" I get cut of by a little shout behind me.
"JAMES YOU MORON DON'T JUST LEAVE AND NOT EVEN TELL ME! YOU KNOW I'M NOT IN THE BEST STATE AT THE-" I stop sreaming and before I could pounce on James to knock him out I notice Cindra. "...no way..."

Tears continue to roll down my cheeks as I try to come to terms with the fact that Misa is dead. I don't even pay attention to the red haired girl who comes over shouting, looking as though she's going to knock James out.

"I've probably had to say this a dozen times, but do I know you?" I ask the red-haired girl.

"Well, yes." I say scratching my head confused. "Do you not remember?"
I point a finger in my girlfriends direction. "Cindra, this is Alex if you can't remember."

"Dark Veil? Is that what this poster's about?" I ask curiously.

I hear someone mention Dark Veil. "What about Dark Veil? What does it say?"

"Hi Alex..I think I remember...a little bit." I wince as my head hurts.

As I get more and more worked up just thinking of Misa and how I'll never see her again, I start to lose control of my telekinesis, the magic that I specialise in. The grass to the side of road begins to lift upwards, snapping near the roots, and it floats into the air.

I notice the upset girl, I place a caring hand on her shoulder. "I'm sorry, it will be okay." I give the cute girl a little smile to reasure her.

"B-But... James... how are you so calm about this?" I mutter through the tears.

"I have had to live with this for a long time now, it still hurts, but sometimes you have to leave the past in the past and move on." I say sadly.
