I don't know if changing your region makes a difference, but I'm afraid that it will mess up my settings.

Is depend on your console =x My console definitely doesn't have Korean/Japan region. Otherwise, is safe to change =D

But mine said that if I change it, I won't be able to use anything that uses my NNID anymore (like Miiverse).

Oh, and I just discovered that, this year, Daeboreum will be on February 14th (same day as Valentines Day).
