Trading Cyrano

So, Cyrano recently told me that he would be moving on the tenth, and I decided I would like to trade him. Though, this is my first time trading a villager, I do not necessarily know how to do it. Would one of you guys/girls like to explain this process to me?
One last thing, I'll trade him for anyone.
