I have two towns I play, one with 10 villagers/igb all over the place/a couple pieces of golden furniture but no room. The other town is newer and has only 6 villagers but no bells or special furniture to speak of. But I really like Joey and wondered if you would let me visit you twice. Once with the bells or golden furniture if you let me, and then with my other mayor to talk to Joey. I understand if not though. I could bring a million bells and a golden bed or clock.

i honestly dont know i didnt think i liked her till she moved to my town so if you make an offer i will see if i want to sell ^_^
