You've been buying/offering on a lot of villagers and you may have multiple copies (*to take them into), but I seldom see you follow-up or reply to many of them.

Yes, it's final or you may choose to offer, I could refuse or accept. If you're reserving Stitches (with 25 TBT), no one can get him. It'll be your choice if you want to pay in the TBT, in-game bells, or a mix (TBT + in-game bells).

If I haven't heard back in the allotted time (5 hrs), I'll be putting the villager back up for sale (I'll return the fee at this point).

Sounds good! I have you added. New town is "Tranquil" and the cycling town will be "Rosaelis." I will open to Tranquil in a minute! I'm using the re-tail method - I hope you don't mind it (buying the items set-up in retail). There's an ABD in my home (bottom right corner) so you can run to that instead of Main Street.
