Since I was doing a tea party room, I bought a ton of stuff
without checking if I needed them or not 8D
I finally completed my room, and will be auctioning all of my extras individually!

Minimum increase for Indivisual Items : 50k
Minimum Increase for a Pair of Items : 70k
Minimum Increase for a Set : 100k

Buyout for Indivisual Items : 1m or 50 BTB
Buyout for a Pair of Items : 1.2m or 75 BTB
Buyout for a Set : 3.5m or 100 BTB

I don't expect buyouts ~ As Items will probably not be up for 16 hours, unless I am asleep.
