Not to sure about that, but i know what they all mean. I took a beginning japanese class so I know hiragana, Katakana, and a little bit of Kanji.

う - u
ぶ - bu
つ - tsu
の - no
森 - mori (forest)

edit: I think if place in the correct order it says something like 'animals in the forest'.

It means Animal Forest if I recall correctly (AC's japanese title). New Leaf isn't in the japanese original title (It has Tobidase/とびだせ which roughly means "jump out" instead)
